I got banned by google & youtube. any recommendations on getting that fixed?

Can you explain a further, what kind of suspension message they have sent?

It will help in finding the reason of suspension.

i got banned as well won't even let me get to the login page on youtube

It's kind of annoying when users ask very vague questions.

It's like "I lost, any recommendations?" ....lost? like address? like a game? like a tournament?

Regarding your post, what did you do to get banned? Promote adult content? Affiliate links? Keyword stuff? Copyright infringement?
