It been nearly one day haven't received any info from them can't Log in.

Trust me, this happens on many accounts all around the world, especially when you're trying to run ads on them.

It might be due to many reasons:

1. Multiple logins from different IPs.
2. Completely different IP location login attempts between a very period of time. For example: when you're using a proxy, and you attempt to login on the first instance from NY and the next attempt from LA within a few mins, then that's a red flag!
3. Make sure you didn't leave any trace behind like using multiple accounts on your computer for the purpose of running ads.
4. Probably you tried running ads within a short period of time before even ageing the account properly. Never run ads before warming up the account for the first few days with very minimal spends.


These are some of the reasons I suspect, though you're one the right path emailing them with your ID and such. You gotta wait patiently for the next couple of days before expecting a reply from them. These days they're pretty faster compared to their response time a few years back. You'll get there mate! no worries.
 
my account is age , personal account . to be frank I using a fake photo on there , but this account been around like in the year 2002 till now , I always active using that account

Have you made some legit posts of photos or some happenings in them? Also, I am pretty sure their algorithm is really updated which might have detected that's a fake account. Probably you might be using someone else's picture. Also, keep check of the IP login locations, and warm your account before running ads. How much ever old the account may be, some rules are common. I have had accounts banned for literally no reason at all. They 'JUST BAN' sometimes.
 
you have nothing to do with it, your best thing to do is to make new account..
I make accounts on facebook and some of them are same case with you, you cant recover it back.
and fb are sucks in customer service, they will reply you in 2-3 days, with your ticket.
 
actually firs time they request my photo very fast reactivate this time is slow ...

You can't be sure on their response time, they might take a couple of days to get back to you. Hope you're using their support box to message them.

I got your point, I was thinking that you were unable to login to your ad account. Aww, this way I am not sure how fast they'll get back to you. I remember once, during 2013 they actually took almost a year to get back to my email. They didn't have that support box during that time as I remember. That's really terrible, keep your fingers crossed mate, if you don't hear from them for weeks, I guess then it's time to move on.
 
Yes this is something that we have all been dealing with for a few months now. Its a new security feature that is made to stop fake accounts and spamming. I have tried uploading pictures that are not profile pictures that are the same person. Still does not matter, they just disable the account. I think I am about to quit facebook. If anybody figures it out let me know.
 
lucky, today finally can log in . I think they should know this account is very very long also daily I using it perhaps I escape again?

yup, I have anonymous friend request and I check their account can roughly tell is clone , fake account. Usually they are same like us using it for Marketing purpose but " maybe for other agenda " I don't know.
 
Contact them manually and write them that they have to reinstate your account and attach the documents in that message. You will get your account back probably in 12 hours.
 
is back thanks guys :) funny they never info me , I just try again to log in and can .weird.
