Well I do not have the money for this but hear me out. What if there was a website where affiliates with little to no money could sign up and then there would be the investors that can invest a small amount of money to help the affiliates launch there campaign and from what ever the affiliate makes the investor gets a percentage of it depending on the amount given.

The trouble is, how are the affiliates going to prove that they are capable of running their project? There are very few original ideas in internet marketing and it can be pretty time consuming so investor won't be there to give advice all of the time. The people who have already had success in this industry don't want to invest in the same old techniques or people who don't have the experience to start a project. Of course, if it was some kind of group effort for example, an investor, programmer, marketer starting a project then it may be of some use, but they could always just use the JV area of this forum.
Why use a mini section of a forum when you could have a whole website. The verifivation problem is really the only major problem. Thats why there will be a moderator that will have a chat with the person and will test his skills before they are approved. And like all investments there is a chance of losing money. Lets say the person invest 20 dollars into someone running a campaign selling an ebook. The ebook makes 20 dollars and they split the money but they wont recoup there original investment. The investor will sign an agreement that will say that he invested and he will take a certain percentage so if he loses money thats there problem and no lawsuits could be filed.

This would be a great page for people that already have the money to lurk for ideas.
Yes, thats why all affiliates will be asked to please show proof that they have made money before or have had large amounts of traffic to any website. And if that person does not know anything about internet marketing we make them sign up to a im course using our affiliate link and we make monies lol

From my experience, its a pain trying to deal with so many "little people". You'll have tons of people trying to abuse the system and it'll just be a pain to deal with.
I once had a site that had more than 50,000 members, and it was a "paid to do" stuff type site. It just became too much to handle with so many little users. So many had duplicate accounts, and you spend so much time policing the whole thing.

Traffic along with experience is very easily faked and if they knew how to get traffic and sales, wouldn't it be pointless in them using your website just to cut their money with someone else?

basically a "shark tank" meets "kickstarter".
I think it's a great idea.. i've thought about it too.. but the problem is like the other users said. you'd have everyone and their mother going on there with the best idea in the world.. and it'd be hard for actual investors to find the real gems out of them.
but still.. if they like the pitch and wanna take on the investment.. then that's their own call.

To me it sounds as though you would have a whole lot of work even before you came to the task of getting the site known and actually getting traffic to it. The only real way you could see if it worked is by actually doing it, but it does not sound like the kind of thing which would be easy to run by yourself.
