I got a pagerank 6 rappers twitter account...

By coincidence i got a pagerank 6 twitter account from a welknown rapper from the south. funny thing is that there is no adding from followers. The account is now empty. For now i just put a link from a website on it. I guess it have no valeu. What could i do, or should i leave it with my (no follow) link and let it burn?

Nah it isn't Flo-Rida i don't want to spend to much time with adding followers etc. ( even with software) twitter is not my cup of thee.
