So i got i kindle publishing account terminated for using public domain content. Do you think there is any hope, like the smallest one, to get it reopened?

None whatsoever and they will keep any outstanding money they owe you, that they have not yet sent a remittance advice for.

@edie @GringoMonkey what about my CreateSpace one? Is there no way? My create space account was terminated because of the suspension of the kindle one.

The mistake you made was linking your kindle and createspace accounts. But too late now. Amazon knows you had both and you have been kicked out for good and can not get back in... unless you use some blackhat methods. But whatever any outstanding royalties will not be paid.

How could amazon terminate an account for public domain? I see multiple sellers of public domain books for the same book with kindle editions on amazon.
