Hey guys I am finally giving up on adsense after a whole year of hard I put into it no results came out. I would wake up find out on how to get my video ranked all this and that . I put in full effort and nothing came out in return. I was wondering if there is still hope out there on making money online because honestly im getting depressed I have no source of income now what so ever. If you could help me I would really appreciate just saying what there is out there to make money. Thanks for your time.
Lies. I don't believe for a second you put in "full effort". You're lying to yourself.
A year's worth of effort is 80 hours a week, 52 weeks of the year. That's 4160 hours. That's a massive amount of time and anyone who can really put in maximal effort for a year on 1 topic will be making something decent by that time.
In that time you should have been able to produce.. Let's see.
80 hours a week, so in a typical week.
Let's say it takes you 1 hour to write a 500-600 word article which is a reasonable time.
30 articles in a week is 30 hours. That right there is a fairly big site. Multiplied over 4 weeks and it's verging on a small authority site.
So site wise you could have had 12 authority sites or 52 good sized small sites.
That still leaves you 50 hours a week for your 12 authority sites or 52 small sites.
Let's say 15 hours a week of reading. Content on bhw, mostly seo, copywriting and various SEO sites/journals.
You still have 35 hours a week.
Let's say 20 hours a week for implementing SEO. This can include manually building links and writing articles for tier 1/2.
You have 15 hours a week left. This time would initially be used for more article writing for backlinks. Writing good content for tier1 and spinnable content for tier2/3.
After you have traffic that 15 hours a week would be used for split testing and tracking.
Well, you'll need a couple hours for niche and keyword research. You'd dip into your articles or reading time for that.
For a newbie your best bet would have been 1 mini-authority site(100-150 articles) and 20+ small sites(20-40 articles). With that under your belt you would have learned an absolute boat load about different niches, SEO, copywriting, split testing and what does and does not work. You would actually be an adsense god if you had an 80 hour week work ethic.
You see most people think working an 80 hour week means they get up at 8am, put the computer on, browse bhw for an hour, have a shower and make a coffee, browse bhw for another couple of hours reading journals, write an article and put a wp page up, then watch a couple episodes of their favourite tv series, then maybe read some more journals for inspiration, then make some dinner, then back to bhw, then at the end of the day they feel "damn I worked hard. Good job me". They do that for a year then create a thread saying "I give up. I worked so hard but failed".
You need to work like a top lawyer would work. A god damn machine where you can produce more work in a day than a typical person will do in a week and more than most lazy buggers here will do in a month.
Do that for a year and you'll be driving around in the sports car of your choice.
I've personally never known anyone like that on bhw. The only people I know that behave that way are multi millionaires.
But don't come on here and lie to us and yourself. Get honest. You're a lazy bastard. Tell yourself that and be ok with it. You've failed because you're a lazy bastard, not because you lack the ability to make money. Get honest with yourself and start your next year and this time strive to be a work-horse.
Listen to this man. Read everything in BHW, get a job for a couple of months and spend some starting capital for hosting domain and simple outsourcing like logo creation. Then start over while working on your 9-5 day job.
Good luck[/COLOR]
And this is the kind of advice/mentality that is what leads most on this forum to failure.
Why would you read everything on bhw? It's one of the most useless things you could ever do. This is what people spend all their time doing then think they've put in maximal effort.
Pick 1 subject, read a few things on bhw, a few things on specialized blogs, a few books, journals, reports. Things in an area that directly helps you. SEO, copywriting, testing/tracking. Nothing else is needed.
Why Don't you try Youtube + PPD instead, read the journals they're mostly about YT+PPD.
Yeah and your advice isn't biased at all is it? You're essentially just spamming the forum. Nov 2013 join date, jrvip, name=BlingFiles, selling BlingFiles and writing posts telling people to get into a subject where they could use what you're selling. Hmmmmmmm, yeah. Sounds legit.
