I get 4000+ Short Views from US, how to earn with them?

The channel has only 2 weeks, I create shorts about motivation and they get about 4000+ viewers from US each day. Is it possible to monetize them and how?

You must have 10 million views to get monitisation from YouTube. Otherwise you can sell your digital product right now.

Depends on how are you monetizing the views. If you are thinking to make any money with google ads, forget about it.

You will make very less with thus much views with adsense. May be flipping the channel can be profitable if you find another buyer first.

You can promote books someway. A long term approach will be to write own book in motivation niche and promote it on the channel.

i never had 10m views for monetization when did that change
 
Short videos require more views than longer videos.
 
let's try 10k views and then we ca look for products that are niche based

Books related to motivation may be promoted there. Another thing you can promote is productivity tools.
