I get 3k-4k on my WP site

Hello,
Sorry for third post of today but I need help about this topic...
I have these three domains :

freegiftcardz.net
mydatemymate.com
gonaturehealth.com

And I make these sites in WP and today I disable gonaturehealth due to some reason ...
Actually on remaining these two site I got 3k-2k fake traffic per day and don't know where it comes (source) and all traffic come from unknown browser where it shows other device and comes only from US ...
Before few days I make a post on WP and update it where I put link cpa offer and I get suddenly 80 hits on my cpa campaign after update then I start update it after each 5 seconds so by this way I got so much traffic which about 2k-4k but did not get any leads or sales . and when I pause update traffic also stop...
So please tell me what is this ...

If you have WP sites and want to know more info on it's traffic, install Wordpress Jetpack and check the stats for basic info - or Google analytics for more detailed. (Don't add the analytics if you're using questionable techniques - you're more likely to get noticed).

I really disagree with the whole not adding your website to Analytics.

Tying any Google related services (such as Adsense/Adwords/Analytics/Webmaster Tools/etc) to your website doesn't somehow give Google anymore power of your website. Google crawls your website and can detect blackhat methods regardless of if you've registered for GWT, or Analytics. GWT and Analytics isn't for them. It's for the webmaster to keep a closer eye on their website.

But SEO software has browser or called UA but it not shows any type of UA ...
the traffic comes from unknown device

In such situation, it's also important to find out whether your site has been hacked. Check for any kind of malicious codes on your site, and remove them with the help of a web developer. To know more about it, you should log into the Google Webmaster tools account of your site and check for any errors or malicious messages.

track it with add analytics code to your sites.

no actually when I stop update my post the traffic also stops ...
traffic only comes when I update my post again and again
