Recently my webmaster tools showing me 39k back links from google-scraps.com.what is this site and how get this links and if it's bad than how to remove this links

Could be a negative SEO attack from one of your competitors. It's happened to us a few times.

Definitely this is negative SEO done by one of your competitors.

This may be negative seo done by your competitors or you carelessly used some automated tool to build links,don't panic though unless you see your rankings dropping.

I didn't use any auto link building software and also far away from competitors,
How to remove this links..

If I am in you I will submit the list to disavow tools before to get penalized. However the best check can be to use Linkdetox and perform a good Analysis, then put a side the list of domains so for future problem you can disavow them fast.

But wait! Google says negative SEO doesn't exist :y: ...

Don't bother with disavow or similar...yet. Report the site to Google first and they should wipe it out with DMCA. No way they will let somebody use Google in the url and especially the logo.
