Is this a one time thing or does this happen often? Do you have a network of friends on Digg that do this for you?

You could always sell it as a service for people, they'll pay you well for it.
 
I never hooked up Digg as a money making source. I have a large network there. I can start my Digg selling services at BHW. How much should I charge per digg?

yes i Think You need more diggs, but if Your tematic is less popular you need less digg's.
 
I was searching for this exact service not too long ago. I work for an ecommerce network of sites and we have press every month about contests we run and new products and stuff.

I would use this everytime we sent out a new Press Release.

Do people actally make money from digg does it give you a good traffic source and are there any account creators for it ?
 
people pay $xxx for front page guaranteed, so if you can do that, I'd pay you.
