I fucked up my theme! HELP!

Two things....

(a). It might help if you back track and state exactly what you did to muck things up.

(b). Once you get the site restored, I would vote on a more up to date redesign because that "Link Blue" is designed for links. It is not really aesthetically appealing for backgrounds or back drops.

But back your immediate issues at hand... where you doing something with your WP Super Cache? It seems to be broken.

I deleted the supercach plugin.. I dont even think I need it any longer as I am on a VPS now. No change.

I looked through the html view on the pages and in the page templates and don't see the double call anywhere.. damn it!

Surely, you must be looking at something out of the regular because this is what your source code is showing.

Code:
http://itoataxicab.com/http://itoataxicab.com/images/background.jpg

Like gapster said, fix that and you should cure your problem.

I went to the offending page and went to the html view of the page... here it is.

I can see it in the sourcecode of the page with the right click view source code option of FF but it's not in the hml of the page itself. Maybe in one of the theme files. I'll keep looking. ok I found the double call. It was in the main index template. Still not working though...fuck fuck fuck fuckity fuck fuck. FUCK

Calm down dude!!!:D

Take a look at this Offending page:

Code:
http://itoataxicab.com/independent-taxi-rates-boston/

Look in your Title at the very top. See the gibberish?

{Were you|Are you} modifying this site with Frontpage?

If so, did you copy and paste code from FP straight into your HTML editor?

If so, that may be were your issues started, you didn't strip the extraneous Microsoft coding from the equation.

That said, you just may need to have a WP coder pro to cure your issue and then do a upgrade on the design. Or just go ahead and grab your content and do your redesign now.

I got it back to normal.. thanks to everyone who helped.. I am still having a weird problem where Platinumseo won't overide the page titles etc. ODD

YOU might be dealing with a compatibility issue, you need to go to PlatinumSEO plugin and see what their latest version is... and then you need to see what version of WP their plugin is compatible to. All things being equal, that may be your issue.
