Finally I found really good service to make any partial RSS feed into full.
All the rest are either down too often, have low success rate or embed ads.
This one doesn't have those problems and on top of that provides couple extras like stripping links. Free and no ads... I'm sure lots of you will find it really useful so had to share it, http://feedenlarger.com/

hmm i use IMT for rss feed let see review of this tool then i will try.
