i found an .EDU website that has instant approval for comments

web.sas.upenn.edu - you can post a comment under a blog post and it will immediately approve. i don't know if this is any value to anyone since latest updates. if not admin pls delet.

yeah nothing like posting it on a public forum with millions of users, surely only good things will come up from this.
