i dont think payoneer is that hard to register else you dont want to use ur real infromation on it

Have you considered reaching out to friends or family who might have PayPal or Payoneer accounts and are willing to help you out?

You are right Patreon, there are only 2 payment methods Payoneer and PayPal, I'm using Payoneer. He is probably doing other digital art product, we can only guess

To be honest I don't really get it getting paypal maybe a bit hard since I also do not have one since they do not operate in my country but getting payoneer is pretty simple and you are saying payoneer also do not operate in your country if not well do let me know I can tell you legit method with which you can get a paypal account my nephew has one since he sells on amazon he told me how he got it and you won't need to pay for account creation or anything like that you might need to spend some money to get something that would get you an account and that account would be on your name and totally legal ask for details if needed.
