From how many DA on MOZ does an expired domain become interesting to buy?

My domain is on the theme of Halloween costumes and I think I found a good site with an authority of 45 from a city hall in a country
with 3K backlinks, it's not my theme of my site but it has several backlinks like wikipedia, wikimedia, blogspot, directory.

How can I use this site to increase my SEO of my site which is not in the same theme ?

These set of backlinks would not add any real value. These ones don't help in ranking websites.

Focus on the important high quality backlinks. Specifically ones from other major websites in your niche or similar nicnes.

According To Latest Update By GOOGLE These Backlinks Would not add any set of authority to your site And Also As Expired Domains Links!.

If You Need Good Quality And Authority Backlinks, Get Links From Authority Websites And Be Be Niche Specific That Will Improve Your Rankings!
 
There is a value... If it's a expired domains then it should be in same niche...but it applies if you are planing to build a site in that ED

also some say Google now only need niche specific backlinks etc which is a big lie.. most of them even don't know what is SEO and how to do and they just trying to sell backlinks or their service.. by checking signatures you can easily determine

Checkout your competitors backlink profile.. to best spy on back links is Ahrefs,..add Ahrefs free webmaster to your site. It's worth and better and safe than GSC. And never install any Google product on money site if you are serious on SEO. If you can grab Ahrefs or semrush and check serps you will see those gurus how lieimg.almost all backlink profile contaims backlinks from generic websites..and it works. There are sites which dominate Google with just high obl spam to death blog comment blasts done from xrummer..


That being said all my sites do contain tiered link building from various automation softwares... Like ranker X ,GSA, SEO AP .

The best best to invest on tools and do SEO yourself. Never outsource to anyone..most gurus sell not dominate. They can't even rank their own website and still they help others:poop:

Build quality make sense content not only to money site also to back links and all you need is that with decent anchor text ratio.

Nowadays users here and there blindly repeating same thing without even trying. Be careful

But I Still Confused Upon Expired Domains That Due To Latest Update Expired Domains Are Flushed Up By Google And Also The Websites That Are Giving Links Are Like Links Hub And Prohibited By Google

There is value in the domain. But Please check if the domain hasn't been penalized before. Since it has wikipedia links and etc. Good chance someone might have have used this domain before.
You don't want to waste your money on a already penalized domain unless you want to redirect it to your main domain.

Go to Whitehat forum or here Whitehat sub forum you will see plenty of cry babies worrying about Google tanking after so called their high quality niche specific backlinks and native English writers written contentn got tanked or deindexed.

What people don't get is Google has RRF which means each niche is unique and each niche has a strategy thats why some people get sucessmwith AI content, junk door ways sites, scrape content while others got failed after all EEAT authority giant sites...

The first step is niche research but my personally I believe tiered link building using good content ( good content can be human written or AI that's not a issue at all) Is safe as long as it's natural.

We should be practical and there are many quilting SEO ...IM everyone Google rollout a update.. I have seen this before with hummingbird update where users used to scrape content rank and after the rollout they quit but still users using scrape content and everyday new scraping tools coming up

Forum , community like here many users sharing their own experience or they just repeating like parrots without even testing.

Keep saying SEO is dead, AI not working, NO jobs cause of AI lol so much negativity. I found a user in IM journey where he saying AI is dead on someone's success journey people are like that mate...

I don't have answer for that cause I don't know nothing about the niche and background working around even I know it might now work ..there is one way for find out you know that way

most got Google penality with manual action cause many publicly shown their domain or use GSC
 
According to my knowledge, google won't accept these types of backlinks.

You need to get backlinks from the high authoritive sites or from specific niche might help you ranking.
