DA and PA are sh** metrics, don't ever rely on those. Check backlink profile manually and trust flow might be somewhat useful.

You should check TF too..

I do have many domain with backlink from wikipedia, but they do not have google DA and TF

Yes, DA is good but you need to check,
1)it's spam or not (https://archive.org/web/) and check the spam links on this domain.
2)Check Adsense Ban (https://ctrlq.org/sandbox/)
3)TF and CF

Thank you all for your replies. Can I create non-related PBN? For example, my site is about iphone tips, tricks, news etc and I have found expired domain with good metrics in health niche or totally unrelated niche, should I buy that domain?
