I finally made it here! Long overdue..

Good Morning,

I'm finally here. It's been a long journey from elance to oDesk to local businesses to SEO to Google Analytics to some really unusual places I didn't know the internet offer in the the dark alley which is Web Design. Through it all, Black Hat World has guided me through every question I needed answered. I felt it was necessary to join this forum in order to learn more about what it takes to become a professional web designer and by professional I mean legit, not just by name association. I wanna learn this field like some of you guys so I can possibly build a career out of it. I remember reading a post on here about a guy charging some sorry sacks hundred of dollars to design a Wix site and I knew I was in the right place. I'm glad I found it. There's a lot I don't know about web design especially coding. But I'm learning everyday. I'm in college thinking of changing majors from Office Organization. What I do know is that I want it to be something along these lines. I can't wait to get started on here and hopefully I can make a few acquaintances along the way.

Good Luck with your future ventures. If You really have the passion and creative mind to become a Web Designer/Developer then You Will become one. Some sites like BHW are more welcoming and offers help and some are not too helpful but you learn something from everywhere.
