so i have been unable to get anywhere with this PR-5 site.
1st keyword not in top 1000
2nd at 10-11

so i tried something dramatic:

SB blasted 10K with anchor text: domain names of top ranking sites!
12 hours later... i am totally gone!

at least i know i can let it go now!

Just sell the freaking site. I'll never understand why people just let sites die and not unload them. You can also sell a PR5 backlink on fiverr over and over. I saw a thread today where someone did that and got 400 plus orders in a few weeks, that's $1600.
 
Ya I also did a SB blasted with my main keyword and
after SB, my site till now not show in google top 1000. :(
 
Put up a [FREE] PR 5 Site thread here and let someone deal with it if it such a pain to you :P
 
Yup. I blasted one of my sites with 10k profiles and POOF, its gone.

Never really believed in negative SEO but I guess it is true
 
so blasting your site with SB is like kissing it good bye, at least we know that Neg SEO works
 
Sorry but how much is a PR5 site? I have a couple I want to sell that are PR5 lol.
 
Yes, unfortunately, it is true. I blasted a penguin slapped site of mine with SB to see what would happen. Result: 60 visitors a day - > 7 visitors a day.

It was way too easy.
 
Well this isn't going to last obviously, negative SEO I mean.

So a suggestion I have is keeping up the link building velocity for a few months, keep spamming it. Because it might return when this negative SEO thing is fixed. But if you just blast it once, and it never gets blasted again, it looks worse than if you were to keep blasting it regularly.
 
actually SB blast was not that hurtful.. i think what really hurt was that i use others domains as my anchor text!

as for selling, i am not sure how long my PR-5 can stand tho? maybe it'll be gone when next update comes.

a lot of variations actually. i first tried click here, go there, then i cant stand it anymore, so i tried "wikpedia.com", amazon.com, etc.

Great that you did not use google.com and facebook.com. oh wait did you do that as well? :p
