if i understood what you mean, no one's under radar, i'm just low observated.
they banned some accs so yes they caught the accs at some point.
dozens of steps to prevent detection are took in consideration.

that, in case you mean for account detection and so. if you mean legal stuff, i think i'm safe until i don't sell this. i'd probably only broke some ToS but nothing illegal
