Talk a big game, they like numbers. Tell them you do PPC, Media Buying, Banner Space Advertising, etc... when they ask for a daily budget say something like $300, when they ask for traffic say 500,000.

Are you from the US? If not, your gonna have a hard time.
You applied for Hydra? Unless your making bank already from other CPA's (atleast 6 to 8k a month for a certain amount of time) and can show it when they ask for proof, I would advise you NOT to do that.
Neverblue, you need to call.
Maxbounty you need to call.
If your forign, again, your gonna have a hard time. Go for some of the middle networks first, don't try to get into the top ones as they are NOT noob friendly at the moment!

We need some details on your information first.
What country are you applying from?
As mentioned above, it is going to be harder if you are not in the US.
If you are in the US, you could get approved before the end of the week easily.
Do you have a website up?
A lot of times, the networks like to see you have a working web presence.
Are you fulfilling any needed requirements?
Some companies actually need proof that you have purchased or used a product - depending on what it is. Not all, but I have come across a couple.
Give us some answers first so the best qualified to answer you can help you out friend.
