I understand the point of a newbie is to understand the site but having people post just to reach their 15 post inorder to send messages will create a lot of "unnecessary" posts. Similar to this post i am posting now.

It is not difficult to make 15 constructive posts at all
& you are able to reply when someone sends you, you just can't start the conversation.

So, you guys want to join today and send a PM to some one looking for some expensive tickets and possibly scam him.
Or you want that bot that automatically sends PM with your spam link.

You can't do posts manipulation here and if you do so, you're more likely to get warning points

I think it's only you who feels that way. If that rule gets deleted (no chance of it happening btw), we would get flooded with pm bots and scammers. The rule would be back in 2 weeks max.

We have those filters in place to make sure the community is clean and it is not going to change.

Your opinion is certainly welcome though.
