Was feeling (and still do to an extent) a lot of pain around my right ear region during meditation. I decided not to shy away and just embrace it fully. God...I felt my crown chakra open, expand, grow all over my skull. The energy was so intense and expanded so much I felt like I was The Light Of The World. LOL!
I could see with my eyes all the way closed by the way - but my room was completely dark - but I could pretty much see everything with some kind of blueish light that was permeating the whole place. Hehe, I love that, but I've never been able to trigger this ability at will ever.
Anyway, just 90 minutes today. Now my egg feels hot and thick - just how I like it lol!
Just lying down here on my bed at 1 am, enjoying the sensations of my energy coursing through me. I feel a bit...heh, well you know how it feels when there's too much energy in the head. I don't feel like a normal person - it's very foreign lol! I think I'm gonna nap then work .
