It is 2018 years google search console made updates. In feature backlinks will gonna be worthless. I`m not expert in SEO, but SEO is pain in ass for google, as you trick them by SEO, they want you to invest money in adwords and then get traffic.

Easiest option is:
1) Buy from here articles, lot of them and add 1-2 in week relative to you nishe,

2) Make 1 backlink in week using article.

3) Make many as you can social signals.

4) Make webview app with good ASO.

If you will continue after one years you will gonna get decent traffic amount.
