I know this sounds pretty crazy but I dont use proxies with scrapebox.
A Little Background: When I first got scrapebox and was new to using it I bought 30 Private Proxies, and had them for about 2 months. I liked the program it worked fine, I would do a blast of like 10,000 backlinks succesful and verified in about 90 minutes. It would take about the same time to verify them though which was annoying.
Here the Dumb ass part of the whole thing which changed how I have used scrapebox since then.
One day I was looking at the interface after a blast when I noticed the "Use Proxies" button was unchecked. I was like WTF. I seriously did not even notice it there the whole time.
I was pretty confused and was in shock that I wasnt using proxies the whole time.
So I decided to see the difference between using proxies and not. I clicked the "use proxy" box and did a blast and IT WAS INSANELY SLOW! It literally took about 3X-4X as long.
I have mentioned it here and there on random scrapebox threads and never really got any feedback.
Any Ideas of whats going on?
I have thought about it over and over and the only logical conclusion I could come up with is the following:
Correct me if im wrong.... and I could be very wrong. But dont proxies just protect your isp from being banned which will in turn increase your success rate because of flagging and what not?
If this is the case... if I am blasting to auto approve blogs that arent monitored and have open comments cant it be reasoned that my ip wouldnt get flagged anyway? I mean if they are allowing 3,000+ comments then they probably dont have any sort of protection that would flag my ip anyway...
