I dont think so. Paid version of Chatgpt generates good content. Got my site approved from adsense with in few days.

What gpt model does your copilot use? It "feels" better because it passes the answers through microsoft graph api before its seen by you.
Worth checking, there might be a head to head comparison on youtube, between copilot and chatgpt+

The sample size is too low to judge something like AI. If you run a case study with 2 sites in the same niche, then we can draw parallels between the performance of both tools.
