I don't understand the twitter locking account

I have various sort of twitter accounts.

Let's say, I have "looking legit" accounts and "spam accounts".

Guess what accounts are locked ?

And my spam accounts are still alive and spam, spam, spam, ...

I don't understand Twitter sometimes.

Could be because of your proxies maybe...

No, actually, it was my fault: they were my first accounts, and as I am in the adult niche, I made very "explicit" banners and bios, if you see what I mean.

Too much explicit: you can put hardcore porn images in your tweets, but not in your bio or banner, otherwise ...

So, I used softcore or erotic images, and that's good.
