how the heck a video with low retention views ranked higher than my other video that had high retention views.... I tested had same keywords.

low retention received 60k views higher retention video received 45k views.

Views aren't the only factor in ranking...

Yep,
Ranking factors = views, comments, likes (ratings), backlinks, social signals, shares, retention, tags, description, title etc all matter for rankings.

What's the age of each video I have stated this before - for new videos low retention works perfectly fine while retention does wonders as the video ages.

i have ranked videos in youtube with views, likes and comments

you wont be able to rank videos only with views now
