You need to have 100 useful messages, buy a blue badge like me, and after open a BST which is a selling thread with your service.

If you have any other questions, go ask @Yrior , he has made millions with his BST sales thread.

If your services are paid then you need jrVip first.

Then you can create an offer in the marketplace or reply to requests in the Hire A Freelancer section.

BHW is a great marketplace but it is managed carefully to prevent scams and protect members.

2 options:

1- Get 100 messages on the forum and wait a couple of months till your account is old then you can upgrade to JRvip membership. (100 valuable messages and not spamming)

2- Get a marketplace membership (it costs around $400 I believe) Then you can sell your services right away.

You can't:

1- Offer your services without the above requirements
2- Offer your services via PM
