Try to recover using their "I forgot my password" routine. If you have access to the email or phone number linked to the account, you are safe.
can recover the profile with register mail or number using forgot password button to send approve code on the register contact for changing password information.

You should use official tools first; third-party tools are more dangerous, and I haven't seen any reliable third-party tools yet. Uploading identity documents and videos can be done using third-party tools.

The platform should have some method for recovering passwords, usually by email or phone number, and in the future, use password managers to store them so that it doesn't happen again.

You can only recover an Instagram account through official IG recovery tools (the in-app “Forgot password?” flow, SMS/email recovery, or the “Get help logging in” screens). There are no third-party tools that can legitimately recover access for you—anything claiming that is a scam.

Lesson learned: use a password manager next time, 1 master pass > juggling random creds in your head like its 2009.
