I don't know when to post :(

So this is my biggest problem... I don't know at what time to upload. I need to upload when my followers are mostly active for better results but still I don't know at what time to upload...

Every account have a option where you can see when your followers are mostly active but I'm not sure if that's true. It says the best time to upload is from 6PM to 9PM... I'm uploading a photo please check it and let me know what do you think.

There's another problem. I didn't uploaded anything for about 10 days and I uploaded a video yesterday and I can see that I'm getting less likes, video views and story views than before... I'm not shadowbanned 100%. Maybe Instagram punish me because of my inactivity. Before that I was uploading 1 post per 2-3 days.

I hope you guys could help me with that.

About less engagement, Instagram works this way. Sometimes you loose followers if you do nothing, as well.. About the time, just try different ones and see how it goes. Choose the perfect one. For me, the main rule is to be active. That's it. Good luck!

Run split tests, posting at different times to check whether those recommend times hold true or not. Sometimes it's just thinking about your niche and your targeted crowd - video game content may not do as well at 6am, as perhaps late afternoon or evening, or weekends for example (I actually have no idea, I don't work in video game niche... just using as an example).

Also, you will need regular engagement. You will lose followers naturally either way, wouldn't worry about that, you just need to keep engagement up along with new followers.

Thanks. I want to try to upload at different times to check when is the best time to upload but if my video/photo is good but I upload it when my followers are not that active my post won't do well... And to try to upload later I need to have another post. It's very hard to find a good post to upload.

In software development it's called A/B testing. Do mornings with one accounts, evenings with others and see how it goes.
