Hello guys, I urgently need your help and will be very very thankful if you can help me!
Before few days i saw that someone is trying to change my Password on my Riot account, i found it to be very suspicious, but i thought that they are attacking new Valorant accounts to hack them and resell. But later on i found out that someone has started ad campaign from my personal account on one of the pages which i manage... I stopped it immediately contacted fb support, changed my passwords (btw i always had enabled 2FA authenticator - i was never asked for a code for their login attempts) paid all the money which ad billed already and removed my payment method. I ran Malwarebytes on my PC afterwards, he found some threads and removed them successfully. I thought that i somehow downloaded Keylogger or something (even though i didn't download anything suspicious), changed my passwords on paypal, main emails, fb, instagram, skrill etc. and made sure i have 2FA everywhere. I deleted Teamviewer and Anydesk from my PC.
But now i just woke up and i saw that this evening new ad campaign has been started with a new card (probably fake one) because it billed 11$ and when i try to pay them, payment cannot be completed. I am sure that this card isn't mine, but this guy still somehow logged in my account without code from 2FA, he even made a support ticket to FB that he works remotely from Italy blah blah ( screenshot on that conversation): https://gyazo.com/67090ac076b0458b0034008a2e88b411
Please guys, drop me an advice how to proceed further and prevent this from happening, i don't even know how is this guy doing this and how he keeps on logging in my account.....
