I don't know what to do with all these emails i am getting?

Hello I am getting around 50 emails a day from people looking for remote jobs.

We only hire few people.

How can I monetize all these emails?

I am thinking of responding telling them the position is filled and then getting them to download some apps like VPN and anti-virus and that will put them at the front of the list. Which it will.

Are there any VPNs or anti-virus that pay pers installation?

This is just my idea. I really came here looking for some advice and ideas.
