In normally; pages use to get indexed if you dont do anything but it'll be faster and more appropriately if you use Google Search Console and index your page with that.
Just search on youtube; you will get thousands of video over Google Search console. its free

Indexing is really very simple process you don't have to pay any 3rd party, instead just follow these steps
- Do Proper keyword research
- Make unique and good high quality content
- Submit it on Google webmaster through Search Console
- Start marketing it and share it on relevant grous and social media platforms.
Google will automatically pick the keywords and will start ranking it.

You can not submit everything to GSC.
That is why there are indexing tools for indexing backlinks.
To OP,
Never heard of that tool. There must be some youtube video or tutorial on how to use that tool.
