I don't have 15 posts, can't contact the freelancer

Ok, so I searched for someone to code me a bot in the freelancer board, however I don't have 15 posts, which means that I can't contact the person who worte to my thread.. I can't post in that thread either because of double posting, what should I do now?

you can't edit your last post there, so just post on that thread once more with your IM (msn/aim/yahoo/gmail/icq/...you name it), there's nothing wrong about this kind of double post

Um why don't you actually try and follow the rules and post 15 useful informative posts. I.e try and be part of the community before consuming from it.
