i dont get it, paypal and ebay limited...

and it was completely legit... used gift card to create pseudo name w confirmed address.. registered and was fine on paypal and ebay for a week or so and right before i was going to transfer payment, shits limited.. thank god i didnt sent the product!

the only thing i can think of on that is that I changed my ip address a couple times through my vpn (hidemyass) and that they were all socal based and my paypal address was in nashville.. so I can deal with that one, it was my first ever and mistakes were made... but the second one..?

I oopened a second one this morning, registered different name w real address in same vicinity of my ip through my vpn and it was closed down within hours.. ebay told me to click a link to see what the issue was and at the link, it says they dont have enough information about why my thing was limited.. im confused. very confused. what am I missign?>

The issue is simple. You're linking the accounts inadvertently and eBay is simply connecting the dots and shutting down your account.

There are two simple ways that you can prevent this.

1. Don't use connecting information. If one account went down, don't make another account that has the same information.

2. Change your IP. Don't use any proxies; some VPN's are O.K. but make sure the IP that you change to belongs to the same country and is around the same vicinity for geolocation.

3. Use a new user account on your computer. This prevents the flash cookies, normal cookies, cache, etc from linking the accounts together.

fuckers got me again. i was completely clean on this one. never strayed from the formula.. went to pay for something with my new earnings, paypal does that fing thing where you have to reconfirm your paypal account before you can do anythign with your payment... did that and once I reconfirmed they said someting was up with my bank account (etrade). horesht.
