I can't really tell if the content is good or not or if the thumbnails are appropriate because it's all in Arabic (thumbnails need to match the video title). But What have you done to market your channel outside YouTube? Social media?

maybe try doing a few collabs with other youtubers from your town who are starting out?

nice content, you should optimise your SEO, check for good related search terms that has daily local search volume, add those terms to your titles, tags and description of all your videos
consider recycling your older content (that didn't gained much views in the past) and re-use them as live-streams or premieres, if you start to grow and go live you can also do a give-away where you can send some items that you won
to a random subscribers...

10 videos you have only.....
what to do?
Posts video every day... make video more creative
Optimize your video - title, description, meta tags
Share your video to social media channels
No link building require

Automatically your video content comes in trending section - may be take 3 month, or 1 month.. It all depends on how creative your video concept is....

i can understand arabic and the content is good. work on SEO and share it on social media and forums.

just wanna share mY one week old channel

It's youtube. There are billions of videos from established creators with teams of hundreds of people and thousands of dollars backing them. You are just one guy with quality content. Naturally, you will not get as much attention as one of these big guys. Don't compare yourself to them.

Also Arabic content is niche. Most youtube visitors speak English. Being niche will also result in lower numbers of views. You can promote your stuff on Arabic sites, though, which may help you gain an audience. Keep focusing on quality.

There is a new youtube channel where the owner is putting out unbelievably content. He sold his company for 11 miillion and is getting into you tube. The production quality is as good as the best youtube videos. In many cases using professional camera men, huge monetary investment into content etc. His videos have very quickly been recommended (likely due to retention time) and as he posts new videos he seems to get 1k subs a day for a few days after each new video. I saw him go from 8k subs to 16k subs in about a week. He hasn't posted a new video in a week so his subs are still at 17k but I imagine when he posts a new one his sub count will continue to sky rocket. The content quality is as good as a channel with millions of subs since he is throwing HUGE money at this and the best content is yet to come.

It does seem if you completely blow it out of the water with extremely high quality content you can get recommended and get your videos ranked very very quickly. Most people can't do this though and have to grow slowly of course:)

Yeah, that would be a good example of one of the big guys I was talking about. It's impossible for anyone without such a huge backing to go from nothing to so huge that fast. Slow, steady growth is good. Acorns become trees but it takes many, many years. Celebrate the small successes. It makes things feel better. :)
