My target was to clear all orders before this weekend. I've done it :D

I've only got recent orders to deal with and new ones as they come in, since COVID-19 March 23rd when the UK officially went into lockdown I had my staff removed on the 24th and I've managed to dispatch over 100,000 items single-handed.

I've taken on new remote workers to help prepare stock which helped, re-invented order, communications and picking and packing stations.

All the shite I've had to deal with the past few weeks is now all behind me - only got customer issues or postal issues to deal with but I'm done.

I wouldn't say the abuse has been worth it, seeing the extra money in the bank has been nice but it's been no way worth it - I've got lesson to learn going forward as I think with Christmas and a possibility of a "second peak" im getting things in place to help me move forward and handle that a little easier.

It's done though. It's not the weekend or Friday so beer and vodka photo to follow tomorrow :)

Yh feels great when you clear your target before weekends. Especially when the weather is fucking great !!

I think I've done it just as it turns all them nice days we had not been able to enjoy a single one. I think I done 4 weeks 7 days a week working 5am till 1am to keep up and it wasn't enough! I'm glad it's done and more importantly I get my friday day off back :) I think that's the bit I'm going to enjoy the most!

Just don't join the idiots on the beach in Dorset though, as I'm sure the UK isn't anywhere near being clear of COVID

Nah man no interest in the Beach :) I got Christmas product lines to focus on and a new site so that can take a bit more of my time now! We told the kids will buy them a pool before I start to build one to keep them happy if the weather keeps up like this over the holidays..

I'm lucky we got someplace to go if we need to get out but spent the last 12+ weeks on own land or in the house!

Home & Garden. Split into 5 sectors soon becoming 6.

Only 1 is an online ecommerce store which is 6 years old in October. We manufacture our own stock and product lines.

The 6th will be another store that is selling a similar niche item but a different product line.
