Why are trolls allowed to trash threads-- from which the rest of us could learn and/or become inspired -- to the degree that the threads themselves become flame-fests & then locked?

Goodbye reasoned discussion. Hello adolescent squabbling. If adolescent squabbling is the intended goal of the forum, I might have overlooked that missive.

Why are such trolls allowed to remain as forum members in good standing after trashing thread upon thread? over and over with abstruse drivel?

This forum has the potential to be great. However, if the inmates are allowed to run the asylum ... well, you'll continue to get what we have here now.

I don't see why admin's and mod's are expected to simply pick up the litter and rubbish ... over and over and over. Why not finally squelch the source of the spew?

I've used the report button often. I've taken time to comment on each "report".

Judging by the cumulative results over the past 6 weeks or so, it would appear that the adolescent squabbling -- to which i referred above -- is the preferred tenor 'round here.

The squabbling persists, is reported, happens again, is reported, persists, is reported, happens again and again and again and again and again ... becomes tiresome.

If this routine is as tiresome to Admin & Mod's as it appears to be to many of us, why is it allowed to persist?

You're at a turning point: you can encourage adolescent squabble or not. At present, it's encouraged.

My grandmother has social security and a pension on top of that she is an immigrant and I speak the language...that means mission accomplished. The language makes me more money and she earned everything she has, she is a republican I'm a democrat...whatever no one can be perfect.

The funny thing is I'm kind of happy she doesn't live with me anymore after the Alzheimer's kicked in. She's with my sister now. It's hard once they get real old. I'm 28 right now and so far none of my parent's are in there 50's yet. Sooner or later I'll have to figure out what to do with them. For now I'm happy they're still young.

I haven't seen that thread yet, but I will.

I have been a Mod for a short while now and I deleted messages, closed threads, given Infractions and mostly given warnings.

Why warnings, one because I was new and didn't want to start banning etc and two there are some new members that need to learn, so I give them a warning and after that an infraction.

I am totally for a clean and respectful forum, the time for warnings is gone.
Some members here think this forum is to say anything they like in whatever way they want. I for one will NOT allow that.

This forum will become clean!

Thanks guys, now maybe we can have some quality debates without having to put up with gibberish and deliberate shit stirring.

I haven't been around as much lately because I was just sick and tired of wading through crap to find gold.

Kindgom contributed a lot but the shit scale throws things out of balance. No matter how cool you may be one minute, once you start causing major shit problems, that doesn't count anymore.

I suppose controversy shouldn't be uncommon in a black hat forum though.

I like this thread at is sums up the way i have been feeling recently, there's a lot of pretenders and a lot of people picking fights. As a relatively new user of the forum i didn't want to get on my high horse and complain or kick up a stink, as it isn't my place. But Sine, what you've said is good, constructive and on the money.

I put 2 and 2 together because i noticed several people constantly getting into slanging matched over nothing. One of whom is mentioned earlier in the thread.

I like the administrative crew here, and I think this is job well done! I am new here in present, but I have lurked a few months back. It was hard to find the gold like easy said, but now that the crap is gone; I can happily find what I am looking for, that will give me a realistic shot at success online. Cheers to the administrative crew and healthy members who helped make something great of this forum. Good thing I didn?t allow the abusive pounding of the well being of this forum stop me from signing up. That said, I am ready to make a face around here! The hardcore presence in the past of warez just made me think of another VS, but I never gave up on this forum, this has too many potential. I love the skin design but was not looking for a warez forum, now with all the warez posters finally gone, I am happy to breathe fresh in unique shares. I would side with anyone who agrees to what I am saying. . I am new here, with some catching up to do, but I will make 100% posts worthwhile rather than complete trash. What I am saying is bad members are not good for new members, I know because I am new. Some people were not born with respect, whether it is your teacher, mother, or forum administrator, respect is essential. It?s a rule of life, no respect means zero opportunities.
