I did wait, Can i ask this and get a response?

On 2017. November, I think i did post our Sales thread at Blackhatworld which is not approved or something. I contacted staffs and got a response like 'Someone did not pick that yet for you, Please wait'

When i post that thread, i saw it would take 1-week max or less time. Now 4-5 months is passed.

They (Staff) can close this thread but still, i may not get a proper response.

Come on, i will pay for the thread but why this ignorance? At-least i should know why i am being ignored.

5 months is like waiting for 150 days. Why?

I have posted another sales thread a few weeks ago or less but no response at all yet.

Just wondering to know, why?

Either mods have been busy and didn't got time to go through your thread OR it has been disapproved. My thread approval took almost 4 months. PM a moderator directly and ask him / her to look into it. They will reply for sure. @BassTrackerBoats @Apricot

I did contact previously. This is a business matter and why someone would wait for months? Do you think this is fine or best for business? I saw Blackfriday deals were posted here as well which mean those threads did not even wait for 7 days or something and approved.

Mods are busy with what? There are not a hundred sales thread getting approved in that Section where our thread was requested. Sorry if you feel rude but let's talk with logic.

This is a business matter and paid service. Why would someone wait for months or not get a proper response?

If you do a mistake, You should know the mistakes so you can correct.

I came here for promoting our Internet service providing products and believe me, Waiting for a few months is not a pain-less matter at all.

And we had to purchase a membership here as well. Days are running out without any result.

Calm down mate. Your point is valid but think from a mod's perspective also. Most of them are volunteers. They have to deal with a lot of things daily. @Diamond Damien posted a thread about these delays and clarified a lot of things. They are looking after the shit lists, scammers, removing spam posts and cleaning threads, struggle with fake services and reviews, staff recruitment, events, look after pending sales threads and processes plus their own service and businesses. A lot is getting served in their plates.

They will respond when there will be adequate time to check your offered services. Just send a polite reminder in few days interval to notify that your thread needs their attention.

Every community is working with these and for that, Many staffs are already assigned.

I calmed down so far and still cool. Just thought i would ask this in public for a better result.

You know? I do not care now because i been waiting for 5 months and my hopes gone already. If i get a result now, i would feel very happy though.

I joined premium membership for promoting our services and time is running out.

Suppose, i am paying 100 USD for 12 months membership and after 5 months, my thread is not approved (of course i will pay the thread fee as well 30 USD).

But still, who is the problem facer? We/Me or someone else?

I'll answer here although I am in no way part of the Marketplace Moderation team. Keep also in mind there is a new inhouse Moderator position which I think has been filled, so they will be training up this person too.

First thing to kep in mind is;
"Suppose, i am paying 100 USD for 12 months membership and after 5 months" You are confusing the 2 here, as you pay that for your Jr VIP membership level, which has zero to do with being a seller on here. This brings me to this point;
Having a services thread is a privilege, not a right, staff are under no obligation to approve any thread.


Opening threads such as this isn't really going to speed up the process. ( check #3 below ).

1. A Moderator will then review your service, you must provide the top level package or service described in your thread. If you are unable to provide this your thread won't be approved.
2. Wait patiently to hear back from the staff regarding your sales thread, use the thread to respond to the mod within the review process, If your thread is approved you will be pm'd and asked to pay a $30* listing fee. NOTE the live thread will be cleared of all previous messages from the review process and set live on the marketplace forum you created. *this will be renewed annually - you will be pm'd 7 days before this renewal is due.
   
3. Do not try to jump the queue for Marketplace approvals. PM titles such as 'REPLY ASAP!!!!', 'URGENT URGENT URGENT', or anything similar will not gain you favor with the staff. Similarly, sending multiple messages or spamming skype will only give a negative impression of your professionalism. Don't do it!

There are some delays at the moment because the staff are very busy. I must admit I don’t know the actual reasons behind it, but I know since becoming an MiT it’s astounding how much goes on behind the scenes and what it takes to run bhw (and I’m sure I’ve only seen the top of the iceberg).

I also know that becoming a marketplace seller here is well worth the wait. And also that starting threads like this is unlikely to have any positive impact on your threads approval.

I’m closing this now until one of the mods or admins comes online and they can reopen to give a reply if necessry.
