how many account do you use in 1 proxy?
With OGads, you just put Instagram and it's fine.

I have read on BHW that SMSPVA causes account ban for IG. May I know if this is correct?

No there are no requirements. U just need to fill Instagram username ..
Please where and how do you use the proxies? Can we chat on Skype?
