If there are any coders out there who would like to team up with me. I am a very experienced designer. Would be willing to do 50/50 on our earnings together.

I like your designs. I am an experienced programmer. But 50/50 may not be the right share between programmer and designer.
Anyway. How you want to get customers?

I have a team of designers and coders that work for me. I also design and code but manage projects more now than anything. Its good to have someone like me on your team that can manage the needs of the clients, come up with custom solutions and can make sure everything gets done in a timely manner.

We have wordpress champions on our staff and our prices are very competitive. Slightly higher than India pricing but I am an American company.

We have the ability to do 7 large web projects per month and usually have a couple spots open if you are interested drop me a PM and we can discuss what you require over the phone or skype.

How much money are we talking after the 50/50 split?

I am a very experienced web programmer. PHP, Javascript (JQuery), MySQL, HTML, CSS, AS3, AJAX coding, DB optimization if required.
