Hello. I consult about selling unofficial "pirate" courses on facebook through inbox messages (not by posting in groups or creating a group for those purposes). Can Facebook penalize me if a profile complains? If so, what penalty could it have?

if face book decides your breaking any of there TOS
they can either warn you or ban you

If you are in the US, they might even take legal action against you since you are selling hacked courses illegally on the platform.
