I think what you are not taking into account is the people who have accounts and use a lot of services such as writing, proxies, and graphics for their sites and blogs, but don't really post anything as most of their messages are private.

Look, there's a big difference between people helping you out along the way of your journey, and wanting people to do your work for you. Good questions will often get good answers. Bad questions will often get you trolled.
Example of a "bad question":
It's not really a question. Instead, it's more of a demand with zero research behind it. Otherwise, such a demand wouldn't exist. How would you expect people to respond?
