crypto is all extremely trackable and traceable, you're not going to get around that. you'll def need to do kyc pretty much anywhere you exchange outside of private party. any place you don't do kyc where you're trading dollars for crypto or vice versa, i'd watch out for getting scammed by a verified account if you're unverified and doing a p2p transaction on a local-exchange like that.

Download trustwallet, which is a hot wallet - it’d be recommended to go with a hardware wallet for large amounts, generate a wallet address for pretty much any token/coin you need to receive. If you’re looking to buy using PayPal try taking a peek at Bisq, it’s a P2P exchange and I’ve been using it quite a lot.
