I cant reply thread in Hire a Freelancer section?

To reply to a Hire a Freelancer thread you will need to have an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription.

Its the rule that you must be at least Jr VIP member to reply in hire a freelancer section.

As suggested above by jackman9393 and ContentExpert , You need to subscribe for a Jr VIP membership to reply in HAF and WTB sections. You can open a new thread there but will not have options to respond. Better to PM the members who are replying there if you are not willing to upgrade the membership OR ask a mod to bump the thread on your behalf.

As per above, you cannot reply in the hire a freelancer section, or in the want to buy section, unless you are a JrVIP member or above.
