I can't post my content on Facebook; it seems I've been restricted from uploading videos and other content. Can anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue?

First, check if your account has any policy violations or restrictions in Account Status If everything looks fine, try waiting 24–48 hours and contact Meta Support if the restriction doesn't go away Temporary blocks do happen from time to time

Check if your account has any restrictions in account status. If it does, sometimes the only option is to wait it out and avoid posting too aggressively for a while.
check your account status first. if you have restriction then you have to wait to expire that. or you can contact with meta support team

Try looking through your page settings and notifications first there might be a reason shown there.
The first thing I'd do is check whether Facebook has placed any restrictions on the account. If there are no obvious violations, try reviewing your Account Status to see if there's a warning or limitation. Also make sure you're using the latest version of the app and avoid repeatedly trying to upload the same content. If the restriction doesn't go away after a little while, submitting an appeal through Facebook is usually the best next step
