i cant post links in facebook

i have an old facebook acount 6 years old that i used to post links to groups without any problem
but nowadays i get any link i post deleted in seconds due to spam
what happened did facebook become very strict even with strong accounts?

note this the posts and the links are not spam they even were getting many likes , comments and shares

How many links do you post in a day. Give it a break, don't post for couple of days, and then start with 1 link in a day. If you are posting too much, FB will delete your links considering it as spam.

links are getting deleted after posting 2 or 3 links
i have already stayed couple weeks resting without posting any thing but when started to post i face the same problem
seems to me something is wrong with facebook

I think this may have happened to one of my pages that hasn't any blocks or warnings in the past. Do you know how long ghostbans last?

Alright thanks for letting me know, I never received a notification or message with my link ghostbanning, is that normal when it comes to this?
