Its a temporal ban from joining groups, could take days or weeks.

It could be, because i have joined many groups in short time.
I did it and i can join with my other accounts
It's not possible, because i can join groups with my other accounts.
It is new account and i didn't use proxy.

Highly likely it's because of the volume of groups you've joined in a small span of time. Although I did encounter an error like this but it turns out my requests were double sending since a refresh after getting an error shows I managed to join. But yeah, I wouldn't count on the latter being your issue as well.

try deleting cookies / cache and re signing in, if it still
happens then its ban specific
