I can't install the control panel on my hosting

on lyrahosting i bought a vps hosting and i have no control panel, and i click install + control panel + plesk and it only says '' The Panel will be installed when you shutdown and then start the VPS '' and i do it as it says but nothing happens, how can i install the plesk control panel?

Using the command “reboot” its done.

You must login as a root to execute this cmd
