I cant index some backlinks.. i dont know why but i try few ways
i wait 2 months and i cant index..

backlinks like Answer.microsoft
like blogspot.com ( indexed success for subdomain, but cant index post)
like site minds.com

I try with google news approved site, i try with tier 2 and 3 links.. i try with google search console..

How you index Microsoft answer with search console ? :D
 
In general, it takes 2-3 months for all the backlinks to pass through the system. So, don't worry for a while; remember that your website pages only update once every few weeks.
 
Try one of the working indexing services.
I have no problem indexing/re-indexing tumblr and blogspot posts with them.
